I have read Mozilla's report and to be honest, I just want to point out that ymmv might be the the case here. Ahlungor, you can't always defend the girl every time. There might be a lot of factors that happened that day. Only Eva and mozilla knows what happened in that room. She might have had an off day, they didn't connect, she was not focus as she was hungry etc. etc. Perhaps mozilla had an off day, did not connect, was not focus or was even hungry!!!
