Ive always wondered why I would so often get screwed around by take 5 with bookings, I listened to one first hand must drive the owner insane.

3mins pass knock at front door, hi I just called I made a booking for tiffany...... sorry tiffany is busy.

If you read properly, you might understand that it's a common scenario at massage places; trying not to loose customer already present at the door 1st; to avoid risk of loosing possible guaranteed income at that point in time. Thus, loyalty with bookings becomes their 2nd priority; its just a human quality...no surprise here!!

TBH I think most of the ML staff at the shops I’ve been to do a good job trying to manage multiple clients and bookings, along with inconsiderate punters like me (sometimes) rocking up without a booking. Shouldn’t be too critical of these independent MLs working a shift at a shop and being expected to run it like a well oiled machine. (“Well oiled” - like what I did there?).
