This has been asked every once in a while. Never really understood what the appeal was with this. You're doing part 1. Your face is buried in a hole in the massage table. If it's anything like a real massage, the most you're going to be doing with your hands is probably reach out in front of the massage table and try to grope a nice ass and pussy.

My sinuses kill me if I'm face down for too long, so I tend to spend a good part of a massage with my head sideways resting on my arms when my upper back/shoulders aren't being worked on.
