Been an infrequent punter over the years but usually go for 30 min massage across various places.
I went yesterday arvo for a 30 min session. Paid $110 upfront expecting a massage and at least a nude HJ. After the massage and some tt, she went to down with the jack hammer. I asked if she was going to take her clothes off and she said no. Dafaq is this ? Dicflatation?
Is it just me, the younger MLs expect more cash than others to take off clothes?

Whatever the offering is upfront, that's what you agree to.
The "inclusive" shops assume the HJ...but unfortunately it's up to us punters to establish upfront what services are expected for the "all inclusive" price.
Personally I hate that it's trending this way because it leaves it up to interpretation and some ML's just try to fleece you for every bit of cash

Sure. The providers will have their boundaries in terms of what they will offer for the money that the punter is paying RE: whether they get partially or fully naked, how much and where they allow you to touch, whether the BJ is covered or not, or whether they offer FS + the various inclusions within this (which I and all punters should definitely respect the provider and her boundaries).
But if punters aren't walking through the door, these girls will simply not be getting paid. That's all there is to it.
I'm guessing here that $110 meant $60 entry fee into the shop for 30mins + $50 tip, which should be for NHJ.
Okay so, if that's the girls boundary not to get naked, that's fine - it's her boundary.
But what I would like to know is, what was the shop and who was the girl? As I would like to avoid, because my expectation is if I'm paying a $50 tip, I am expecting a NHJ (again because I am the punter and I dictate the market in terms of where and how my punting $ are spent - not the girl - this isn't entitlement).
$50 has been the standard for NHJ for as long as most of us can remember. Is there an economical argument as to why this should now be higher? Probably.
But there is also a sense of greediness creeping in from some of these providers (and I don't want to specifically call out the younger ones because some of the industry veterans are probably doing the same things too)... again, and in all fairness, the girls have their boundaries.
However, the girls with these boundaries also share the same massage shop + waiting room with more open and adventurous girls who are probably getting more bookings and more tips because they are offering everything up to and including FS. The girls with the boundaries are seeing this, and then tactically adjust the service level + trying to creep the prices higher at the more basic end of the service spectrum in order to extract more tips (or a better "service provided vs tip received" ratio in their favour). I don't think this is right... and I don't think punters should just accept it (these girls need to be called out where possible).
Yes, $60 for for room fee and 30 min massage. $50 tip for nhj which has been standard for the day of time.
Hence I'm just trying to get a gauge if this is the new 'norm' now in terms of fees.

Some girls try to find ways to extract more cash than the "standard" prices customers are used to.
Today, it is always best to confirm with the girl what the expectations are before you even take your clothes off.
I had one girl offer to unbutton her top and let me play with her tits during the HJ instead of taking everything off, and we know how some others have used the excuse "I am on my period" to avoid taking her undies off. Others try to wait to the last 10 or 15 minutes.
Always be clear upfront before the show start, and walk out if an agreement can't be reached.

SGM states that their inclusive service includes a nude handjob for that 110 price.
If I was ever paying an all inclusive price I wouldn't go to a shop that didn't state something like this.

That's about right in my experience. Every girl I've had CBJ from at SGM has charged 50 on top of the all inclusive.
