I went for a walk past this place today to heck it out, door was shut and nobody sitting at the the small reception desk, assuming she was busy. When I was hit up for a haircut I did consider asking if extras were available lol

Mimi must be the most expensive hairdresser in Sydney. She wanted around $50 for a straightforward men's cut. I guess that price included the incessant chatting. My local shop does the same cut for $18.

I walked through this arcade a few days ago. It was empty, except for the hairdresser Mimi who has been discussed here. She was giving a guy a haircut and chatting with him; she looked very attractive. The massage place on the other side appeared to be shut and nobody rushed out to drag me inside, which might have been just as well.
My interest is piqued, I like sleazy under the radar, off the beaten track places. Will definitely do at least a walk through next time I'm in Chinatown. Keen to set eyes on the hairdresser now to check her out, but more likely to try the massage "experience".
Used to love the seedy little dives like this in the old Hunter Arcade before it closed for its makeover.
Don't get excited about the hairdresser, unless you want an expensive haircut. I doubt she has anything else on offer.
