If other punter agree, then yeah the girl will have overall lower ratings as more votes (hopefully real and sincere ones) from punters come in.

Call me confused (insert the Jackie chan confused meme) but i cannot think of or comprehend what good intention anyone would have out of anonymously labelling a girl a 1 out of 10... even worse because of this may not ever see Hayun again or it gives her mental depression and goes get work done cos of some punters score and rating that they saw her in a hallway and didnt even see her naked or have sex with her....
Seriously if the person really saw her and had sex with her etc and then labelled the sesh 1/10 i get it but at least tell reception that and let them handle it rather than anonymously post a 1/10 to sabotage and tank her image publicly... and for what motive?
