Anyway, she’s back now, fired up, and not happy. She’s made a few points that really need a reply because it looks like she follows this site pretty closely, so she’ll definitely see this.
1. She says sometimes a bad experience happens because the chemistry doesn’t click or the girl is “off”. Fair enough, but in any other business, if the customer has a bad experience because the service provider didn’t deliver, they usually offer at least a partial refund. Do you do that too, or are you just taking advantage of the fact that this industry operates in a grey area and ignoring the issue?
2. If a girl isn’t feeling it, the chemistry isn’t there, or she’s not in the right mood, she shouldn’t come to work — or she should be upfront and say she’s not providing that service. What’s not fair is charging over $300 for half an hour (which is already a very high price) and then giving a crap service. You’re charging that much because customers expect a quality experience, not because someone can just show up and go through the motions. Like I said before, in almost any other industry, these excuses would justify at least a partial or even full refund.
3. Using marketing techniques to encourage good reviews isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Just admit it. Everyone knows it happens, and most people don’t really have a problem with it — just be transparent about it.
4. Finally, mama-san takes it too far when she says “if you don’t like it, go somewhere else”. That argument only works when there’s real competition and people actually have different options. But when an industry is run like a cartel, prices are pushed up unfairly, and service quality drops because everyone follows the same trend, “go somewhere else” isn’t really a fair response.
It’s like a town with only one bread shop, where the owner takes advantage of having no competition and tells customers, “If you don’t like my prices or service, just go somewhere else.” That’s not a reasonable argument.
5. In the end, instead of pointing the finger at customers, maybe mama-san should look at making the prices more reasonable and improving the quality of the service. That would probably stop so many people from being unhappy in the first place.
Yeah lads, speak up and let’s stand together. We don’t earn our money easily, so we shouldn’t just let people take advantage of us like this. There should be a fair refund policy in place so providers can’t just take your money and then switch off or give a poor service once they’ve got it.

Mamasan is way more reasonable than most other agencies/providers in Sydney and will offer a partial refund or a discount on next booking if there was genuinely an issue with the service and you talk to her.
I also agree with Linza Giz, you don’t get a refund after the session. Do you expect to touch and see a girl naked and then get your money back afterwards? Those girls aren’t products you can try off the shelf and then put them back for a refund coz you didn’t like it.

I rarely post if not at all in forum as I've been a lurker and punter for a while. I totally agree that I got disappointed with some of my bookings with PCD ladies, but not all of them. The disappointment came from high hype/expectation from reading the reviews, but it doesn't mean that it makes those reviews not genuine. At the end of the day, it's personal taste. I appreciate you speaking up for your experiences to give everyone a different perspective, but really I don't think attacking a business this way would be fair. It's a supply-demand thing, mate.

Hey let the man go, I know what he's talking about, there's a restaurant that I always go to, after I eat all of the food and then I complain that I didn't like it they never give me a refund, I've been numerous times but they never refund me or give me a discount, I never enjoy their food, one time they said not to come back but where else can I go, there's no other restaurants in Sydney.

i took my 23 year old corolla back to the dealer and asked for a refund because i didnt like the color. and stupid salesman asked why i waited 23 years year to decide that. i said since theres only 1 car with one color i had no choice.
