Why rely on Bento? Did he mention that he planned to see Fiona again after what sounded like a fairly average first visit?

Sounds like he's taking a break from punting, which is probably understandable. With the pace he was keeping, I think most people would have been pretty worn out.

The Chinese forums generally rate Fiona around 3/10.

Personally, I thought she was pleasant enough. I do agree the service could have been better, but it sounds like she was thrown in at the deep end without any training.
