Lol I guess it all depends on the punters age.
I'm not the most keen for anyone older than my partner, unless they are Hella Hella sexy, even then I find my desire isn't at that level. If they are older than me by more than a few years, i don't even find it enjoyable.

Remember Daily took over the premises from an existing Shop, that wasn't really well known.
Hillsong doesn't seem to be open very often, never been an issue when I've visited.
But Yes, George Street is rundown.
Govindas next door were leaving Food on the footpath at night, mainly for the Homeless.
But that would often end up , a mess.
Melb CBD, , unfortunately a Shadow of it's former self.
Used to be a great place to Visit
Talking of Melbourne, The M Studio in a laneway off Little Bourke st up near Southern X station is great. Had 3 amazing visits there. Also lots of " legit" joints around.
Japanese Massage is also a great chain of shops to visit
Couple of real nice students working there
