I noticed that at 161 Chatswood one of the new girls Anya gone from 9.30pm-3.00am shifts
10am-3am shifts that is 17 hrs.
It could be her choice but if it isn’t surely its too much wouldn’t fatigue kick in or perhaps lack of service. She is only 20 apparently and looks very pretty and I would like too see her.
I would like too know people thoughts on girls and long shifts. Do you prefer too see them earlier or later or do you just take what you get. In the case of ML’s especially.

Ask yourself if you could do that night after night and you will have the answer.

Why would it not be a choice to work long hours? Plenty there do, and plenty do in other shops. Lucky the place isn’t a 24-hour crack den yet.
New on the roster, lots of interest (maybe). You’re not new or young forever. Take the jobs while they’re there.
Maybe she’s putting money away for an O/S trip, , study and career development, another apartment, plastic surgery, buying crypto, designer bags, sending money back to family in VN — or dealing with a serious gambling addiction. Endless list of possibilities.
Choice?
Absolutely.
Will the service decline? Maybe. But how would you actually know unless you’re seeing the ML regularly?
You’ve been punting long enough to know the answer to your own question.
Seventeen-hour shifts don’t suddenly become easy because they’re a choice. Whatever the profession, relentlessly long, monotonous hours without much resembling a life balance eventually take their toll. Something has to break somewhere, sometime.
Drugs, gambling, mental health, social or environmental circumstances, money, family pressure and a host of other personal traits and issues can all fuel behaviour that, viewed from the outside, we simply interpret as:
“… she’s hardworking.”

What are you, a union rep?
Some have a work ethic, are here to work. Time out of the "office" is time not making money. She's new, what, you think she should spend her spare time sightseeing? Maybe you should give her that 1st month's rent, security deposit, repayment for the ticket. Who's to say she's not living in the shop.
You've never had a job where you're "on call"? (Think doctor in hospital).
So, go see her, help her out.

Depends if she is sitting around waiting for occasional bookings or being fucked aggressively for 17 hours non-stop by dozens of guys. If the latter, I wouldn't like to be visiting at the end of her shift.

Wow all I did was ask the question. I also said it could be her choice.
I would suggest she should spend her spare time sight seeing. Maybe she has since she was only working 5hrs before. It could all be about money.
Also why must you attack everyone who has a thought on this forum. What the hell is wrong with you!
You asked a question, I answered - with experience. This is not Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, PRC. I've known plenty. They're not "home", they're expats. "It could all be about money." No COULD about it. "Come here, make money, go home." (Expat credo)
"COULD be her choice"? I don't know, but i think involuntary servitude is illegal in Ozland. If you think otherwise, perhaps you should call the police.
Sightseeing? How quaint. Sightseeing costs money. Yes, you can walk across the Harbor Bridge for free, walk in the Botanical Gardens for free. But time IS MONEY. Time not working is time wasted. I doubt many shops pay a salary/hourly, and even if they do, it's paltry. Independent contractors. Think Uber driver. He's not making money unless he's driving WITH a passenger inside (pun there). Same for the girls. Now an Uber can change location, she can't. She can't go outside to drum up business. She has to wait for customers. The more hours available, the more potential to make money. She wants to develop a client list, regular customers who even out the "ups and downs" (pun). And a list she can take if she moves shop (more money/day, higher class of customers). It's sweat shop work, paid by the piece (full of puns, must have been something I ate).
And if you thought my original response was an attack, or this, then you've just confirmed my initial opinion: you've lived a sheltered life.
Class dismissed.

Not sure at 161 but something you are not taking into consideration is that some girls are actually living at the shops. They will be here for a short time and many shops will domicile them in a spare room or adjacent, close by house. Proviso that they are always available. I doesn't actually mean they are always available, food and sleep are needed. But in a 18 to 20 hour shop opening they will be there for as many as they can handle. Money. Not sure about now but Roseville Rose, Diamond 81, G42 and Chatswood 60 have all done this in the past 😎

Given the rents in SYD, I'd think it would be very likely, especially if the girl really is "new". She doesn't even have to be here short time. Just starting out. Perk of employment. She has a place to stay free or cheap, close to work, with full-time employment opportunities. Shop has an employee that is always available during opening hours. Shop attracts and keeps employee. Employee saves money. Win-win.
I’m pretty sure that 161 advertise for new girls on their website and state that accommodation is available.

Accommodation at 161 are the fuk rooms - some who camp there just too tired to go home and starting shift in the morning , some temp homeless and some have no fixed address
Common for many shops
161 if you are working late and are asleep when a walker appears . You get woken up
There is no human on earth that can do these kinds of shifts long-term. The 10am-3am means that she is available if opportunity arises. It means that she could be shopping nearby and can come back in 10-15min.

QED
Damn, boy, that's called LT, usually costs extra.
You've never had to crash at an airport because the flight was delayed/canceled/missed its takeoff slot and airport closed? Flown economy. Crashed on a friend's floor because the couch was already taken? Backpacked? Traveled OFF the beaten path? Stayed overnight at a friend's place who liked a HARD mattress?

The high cost as joseph was going to charge you the hourly shop rate ..... laughable
better run shops and when you know management have a drunk tank or a nominal fee if you are too assed to drive...and stay in a room ion a bed . Sometimes could be a non working room sometimes not - sometimes for a nominal fee sometimes nof
Staying with a woman overnight at a shop after work hours . Typically a deal between you and her.. it should not be a menage a trois
Far better to book a hotel and go there with her. I Do it quite often
700-1200 can buy a very long overnight with an ML. - economics for both make alot of sense
