So the OP has been going to Ginza for 20 years, knows the boss man, considers himself loyal ... but then decides to call them out on a public forum, take his bat and ball and go home ... over one 'mistake'? Where's the loyalty in that?

And it seems he may have misrepresented the story. Seemingly arriving early for his booking (before the official opening time), and wondering why they haven't given him advance warning that the girl he booked hasn't arrived yet? At that time of the morning it was probably only just occurring to them that she's running late. The timing paints this scenario in a VERY different light to how the OP was presenting it. Hurt that they didn't offer him a proper apology, but ignores their follow up calls and texts ...

And yet Ginza still offers an apology and explanation. Apologising despite what seems to be an actual lack of fault on their part. I've been known to complain to the boys at reception about pretty superficial things and they always take it in stride, but as far as superficial goes this one take the cake. And yet they're still being very respectful. I'm not seeing any signs of 'standards slipping' here.

The Ginza boys’ explanation says it all really.

Have had a few times the lady booked not available etc. It’s punting and you move on.

Always found Ginza very responsive and they always tried their best to help out. Once, a lady I tried to book and was all booked out but the next day an availability turned up and they called if I wanted that slot.

Recently, after finishing a session, I had a medical matter that occurred. A week or so later, they reached out to see how I was travelling.

Always found them to be professional.

Yes, they did the same thing for me with the booked out girl. Contacted me the next day when a slot freed up. Top notch service, I swear.
And that's why I stand by my statement. Wilson is a top bloke because this level of service doesn't happen on its own. He's literally embedded this DNA of customer service into the business. Everything just feels right even when something goes wrong!
It would be a damned shame if OP stops going to Ginza over a minor blip like this. Doing himself a disservice IMO.

OP mate has supposedly been going to Ginza for 20 years and knows Wilson but the smallest mistake decides to come on here and oust the shop without giving the full context.
OP you barely average 1 post a year and if you've been supporting the shop "as you say" i doubt in all these years you've never had 1 good punt and no effort to leave 1 comment or AR to compliment the shop or girl?

I wonder what OP expectation is of a shop considering in his last 20 posts 3 were filed under complaint of which one is advocating for people to get banned for Admin LOL

Anyways i agree with what others have said here regarding Ginza but unfortunately things with the girls and customers are outside of their control like last minute cancellations by girl or girl due to x reason cannot continue to work you cant force them to work to keep the next customer happy so they dont come on here to bitch and complain.

GOOD to see the shops reply to provide the FULL CONTEXT as OP conveniently decided to leave out all these details....

Ginza is one of the best managed businesses I have ever come across. And certainly Sydney’s best brothel. This criticism is ridiculous; just a little hissy fit by some immature boy. There are always aspects in any business beyond the control of management. Contrary to that hackneyed old phrase, the customer is not always right. Grow up and accept that the world does not rotate around your pathetic little ego.

    Agree.
Ginza is fantastic and the best service in Sydney, I’ll say Australia.
Wilson and his team are to be applauded for customer service.
    Great reply from them too.

I have been with Ginza for many years too. I understand how you feel. You booked the day before. You set expectation, gradually build up the excitement, you may have done some pre for the session, or even taken the medication (some bros may do), travelled all the way to the shop, find out she wasn't available.

It happened to me a couple of times, but I would consider it rare. I have heard reception talking like a girl disappeared and uncontactable etc at the reception, or a girl came out from the previous session, but got hurt and had to cancel...etc.
Things like these happen and I believe Ginza has been managing this by all the means they have.

For me, I learn the way that always set my expectation low and expect the unexpected, and hope for the best. It works 90% of the time.
