Do you test regularly? As it stands, this post tells us absolutely nothing. Asymptomatic infections can be carried for many many months before symptoms appear. Many infections are never symptomatic so you could be infected for years and not know it...if you don't test regularly. So, a 4 month window of no sexual activity is not informative.
