For me I generally try and get first one out of way asap, usually form of BJ. It depends on girl and how attracted I am to her, I can recover within min for some and never for terrible performers. Generally like to finish 2nd in FS.
Personally I always make sure in a hour booking a 2nd cum is definitely available..now if I use it depends on the session & girl.
Some times I can enjoy all the foreplay for 45m & by time I blow it's no point.
Other items I can just cum in 15 & generally last 15 another quick root.
Do most girls charge for second shot?
It depends on each girl, but general consensus seems that a 30min-45min booking you get one shot, one hour gets you 2. However I find Caucasian girls generally happy to do MSOG for hour booking.
Usually the ad will state how many shots, but always best to ask at booking. I find sometimes you can negotiate a 2nd shot without extra cost.
