However, it has come to our attention that some people are taking advantage of this space to bully and abuse our workers. This has caused some ladies to have emotional trauma in the past as they gave their best. And in this case, we can no long stay silent and watch from the side. So therefore, we want to remind and warn you (Aussie_Punter1) about your abusive behaviour:
There are two sides to every story, so we would like to clarify what was reported to us by the staff member involved.
We had already instructed her to provide you with good service, and she told us that she was trying her best. However, every service provider has the right to set and enforce personal boundaries. Consent is always required, regardless of anything discussed beforehand.
According to her account, the appointment had already started. You had showered and begun the service with her. You then licked her face without asking permission. She told you to stop, but you continued by licking and biting her breast, causing her pain. That is why she became distressed and ended the appointment.
You then demanded a full refund of $250. She could not make that decision herself and needed to contact management, which is why the refund was not immediate. She also reported that you swung your phone close to her face while threatening to call the police. She pushed your hand away, and the phone fell to the ground.
Because the appointment had already begun, we did not consider a full refund appropriate. We could have declined the refund and waited for the police so that the staff member could report what had happened to her. Instead, because it was late, everyone was tired and we wanted to avoid further confrontation, we refunded $200 as a goodwill gesture. The attached screenshot confirms this refund.
You previously told us that you had visited two other PCD providers and that both experiences were good. We therefore reject your broader accusation that our business consists of “cheaters and scammers.” Dissatisfaction with one appointment does not justify attacking the entire business or making personal remarks about the staff member’s age or English ability.
You have the right to describe your experience, but your posts leave out the staff member’s account that you ignored her boundaries and hurt her. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, including after an appointment has started. We would prefer to consider this matter resolved. However, we have retained the relevant messages and may provide them to the forum administrators or police if the harassment and unsupported accusations continue.
