You are not going to get $150 for an hour of Part 3. Lucky if you get it for $200.

Depends on the foot traffic, not every shop has a constant stream of customers for the whole day. Also have to consider that they are pretty much working on a casual basis as there's obviously no sick and annual leave.
The other day chatting to a regular who works 5 days/week at an inner west massage shop saying she's ok with >$300 in extras a day. (>$1500 per week take home) Mid 30's - live 30 mins drive from shop - has a 7 yo kid to bring up as a single parent.
Not all a bed of roses but she says it pays the bills and allows her the family life she wants at present

Bro, you need to aim higher. $150 /hr is not a lot in this day and age. I make that much and I'm still struggling. I've even cut almost all of my vices, hardly spend any money on myself.
Plus, if you're a perm worker, you also get days off for annual leave, sick leave, etc. Those add to your actual "hourly rate". WGs and people like me (contractor) don't get any of that.
On the WGs, I think it's pretty well balanced here. The girls are doing a job not many would want to do so they need to be incentivised to do it. The way it is now, yes their pay is high but not too high.
The alternative is less money for them and less nice girls to play with. That's gonna suck!

$150/hr sounds like a tonne... But yeah, take my base and add leave, super, allowances, perks and it's not like they're making that much more considering as I get older I'm just going to earn more and more while they earn less and less.
part 3 on MLs were normally $100, but somehow at some point it's gone to $150. that kinda now defeats the purpose to the point the booking might as well be done with an FS/Diamond girl instead. to a mere POV, that is.
They don't get paid per hour. roughly their earnings around $400-700/day, and their shifts alike 10-12 hours, so it's not $150/hour as you think. and also no sick leave, no holiday leave, no super, etc.

They have a skill set that's in demand. Do you? If so, ask for a raise, or jump jobs. If not... get one.
Go be an expat, again if you have a skill set in demand. By definition, that pays better than domestic. Move your family and it's tax FREE (if you meet the time requirements). Be away from family, friends, a society you know (and you get a paid home leave).
As SunnyNorthSydMassage said, no sick leave, no vacation, no super, no workman's comp. How long will your career last, your shelf life? 30 years? Most providers don't want to be working in the life for 30 years. If they are, they're probably taking a pay cut.

1. very few shops have girls earning every hour they're on roster, so someone earning an extra $150 per hour does not mean she makes this every hour she is at the shop.
2. imagine a role reversal: you are a male working at a shop that serves women, most of whom are fat/ugly/have bad manners, but you must be nice to them and fuck them for $150 each time. Do you think that is a big amount to have to perform this job? I personally would not do it even if it were $1500 per hour.
In all circumstances we should respect what these girls have to put up with. And don't be offended because of course you are an exceptional client, tall and handsome and most women would love to be fucked by you. But 90% of the other men are not you....

I would quit my job in a heartbeat if I could be paid to punt. I’ve had a few sessions with a ML where they are older and bigger than me but that didn’t deter me. I once was even challenged to an arm wrestle and lost.
The real problem is biologically. There’s no man who can maintain a boner for a whole day without extreme use of meds.
