When you go to Ginza and unexpectedly get fkd by reception instead...

So made the booking at 8 the night b4 (not booking peak hr) for Christina at 8 tonight got it confirmed and assumed it would be a happy ending.
    Apparently fkn not.

Came in dropped my cash at the counter and they seemed confused I paid for an hr and asked for my number I just showed them the confirmation message dude even txtd on my phone to make sure it was real . They tried some not suave james bond tactics of communicating on their mobile under the counter. Cap guy laughed and just went to another room. As young bowl cut sort of apologised and tried to feed me some bs about the time availability being a mistake despite them constantly putting it up for weeks on end. I dunno if I was more pissed about the lying or the lying so atrociously...

I was too ticked off to continue and just took back my cash and left for no 5

Mistakes happen.I'm just curious how you guys dealt with it if it happened to you?
I honestly just wanted some priority on my next booking to make up for the bs of tonight.

I've been going to Ginza for about a decade so I'll be fair and say they normally do a good job imo. But this last year has been full of irritating changes and has made me go alot less.

booking is a fkn battlefield.. either the customer base is huge now or we're all just fighting each other for the same reliable girls. The roster showing times the girls aren't actually working in doesn't make any business sense to me. Stopping the use of the discreet back entrance to leave has stopped all my peak hr bookings. And the forced reviews I'm not sure if they're worth the hassle or not.

Maybe I've been out of the loop to understand why this all happened but I suspect its got something to do with the expanding photo wall of shame they got at frontdesk... Just wish we didn't all have to suffer cause of those photographed shitheads

I’ve looked into what happened, and I want to be completely honest with you — this was our fault.

There was a mistake and an oversight by our reception staff when handling the booking last night, which unfortunately led to what happened today.

What upsets me the most is that, once they realised there was a problem, they didn’t make a proper effort to fix it immediately. Instead, they allowed you to leave frustrated and disappointed. To me, that was the biggest mistake of all, and it is absolutely not how we expect our customers to be treated.

We have taken this matter very seriously and dealt with it internally. The two reception staff who were working last night have also been held accountable for their mistakes.

We would really like to make this up to you, so we would like to give you a very good offer on your next visit. Plz Check your msg …Please allow us to do that and accept it as a sincere gesture of apology from us.

Once again, I am genuinely sorry for what happened. You have supported Ginza for such a long time, and you deserved much better from us.

Please give Ginza another chance. I truly believe our reception team will learn from this incident, and we will make sure we do a much better job next time.

Again, please accept our sincere apologies.

It is super frustrating sometimes dealing with the reception. I don't want to throw around all my complaints in public and I'm not looking for any special treatment, but sometimes it feels like you are getting treated like a fool and when they ask to score the girl I feel like saying girl 10 reception 0.
Definitely not all the time but when it happens it stings, especially with the money I have spent over the years.

I love ginza and the service they provide and will keep going, but yeah some more transparency with bookings and cancellations would go along way.

Christina only works until 6pm most days so not sure how you got an 8pm booking

Thank you for reporting your issue, I believe it helps the community being better!
Concerning the "forced reviews" I am not sure what are you referring too, meaning if it is only a quick how was it 1 -10 it is not much of use.. However, I want to take the opportunity to say that I would really welcome a quick survey at the end of the session with maybe 10 standard criteria and comment options. It would strengthen the business quite a bit if they had hundreds of quick feedbacks a week.
Ginza so far has been the best establishment for me and hopefully they will improve their booking system that has caused already more than one problem (given the reviews on this forum).
