It's hard to argue with that logic.
Perhaps he signed up with his personal email address and doesn't want it stored in the database that could be leaked. This website isn't exactly secure and kept up-to-date.
He could've registered with a work or personal email address and now wants his account deleted, why is that so difficult to understand?
Maybe you can explain what bothers you with the account. I trust that this website protects privacy and I am not aware incidents of leaking email addresses.
