I was asked to pay via PayID, but the payment ended up showing as pending. I was then told that the service would not be provided unless the payment was received, even though the payment was already pending on my end.

As a result, I ended up having to make a second payment. I was told that the first pending payment would be sent back once it was resolved. However, after the situation was resolved, my messages were left on read and I did not receive the promised refund.
