Hello Gents,
Reading some reviews and looking at the website it seems to me that Artarmon78a is a better version of Bellevue12.
What I mean by that is, it seems that at Artarmon there are still older WL but that the consistency of service for 170 / hour seems quite good. Unfortunately reviews are quite old a part from a couple.
Can anyone confirm that for older WLs (40s) Artarmon offers better more consistent services that are close to the one of Ginza?

I go to both quite frequently...78a just jacked price by 20 to 110. Otherwise i don't feel like there is a huge difference..12 typically has 5-6 in the line up but so does 78 if combined with 116 sister shop. 78 is better managed (roster on website... bookings taken and honoured). But i think both are great...i prefer them to bonza or 533. I like yokos very much too

Any tips on getting good services in these places? Or better how do you filter out poor service WL? The whole point of these places for me is to get what I agree with the WL before going upstairs, sadly in many shops does not go that way...
In maybe 80 visits in the last decade i only had one bad service in either (tracy at 78....total bitch...i think shes long gone) ....many of them will try to get you cummed and out in 20 mins so its up to you to manage that, but in my view they are all good natured happy ladies that like sex and like men...just be happy polite friendly man and you will be fine

I visited only a couple of times Bellevue12 and defining them "happy ladies" would have been a stretch

I would add that ten years ago Bellvue was way better they had a big stable of very high service level girls it was really fun there....but all those girls scattered to the wind now and the new gen not quite the same...most people on here agree Sydney punting still good but far better in 2010-2015
I used to go to 78a a fair bit since it's local, but I haven't for quite a while. The girls are mostly Chinese milfs but I never had bad service there. Like other poster said they will try their best to make you cum asap and get you out so I only ever did 30min bookings.

there is a fine line between trying to get the costumer to cum ASAP and give the service that they paid for. Personally one of the worst things is to get rushed, because of that getting less in the moment and then not being able to cum at all.. with your frustration and the one of the WL increasing each minute.

It's been quite a long time since I was there so I can't remember too clearly, I never went for CIM there. What I mean when they get you to cum asap is they will fuck hard, I remember Assa who is still there afaik I had to stop her BJ because she started and it felt like she was doing her best to get me to blow, I was getting too close too quick, then she hopped on for asian cowgirl and went 0-100 and just slammed me. Yes understood and at that price I would not expect much else. for me bellevue is very near so making the extra effort to go on the other side might not be the best decision if things are quite comparable
Give FeiFei a try when she’s back. Probably in her 50s but damn that body is nice. Petite with massive boobies! Willing to serve and never rip you off with the minutes booked, these cheapies usually try to push you out ASAP as mentioned. I usually see her at Riverwood but from what I’ve seen here she also works at 78.

It's both stores roster, they always have six girls, three at 116 three at 78a. You can add their wechat and they post who is rostered for the day and where every morning or just message and ask.
