Rejuvenate or Fresh Day Spa ($85/hr) are not any more 'upmarket' that Solace or Tata ($70). If there is a higher price, there has to be better value, i.e. quality of rooms, shower, massage oil, massage quality etc.
$15 isn't small change. With one punt per week that's $780 more per year for essentially nothing.

I don't know about you, but when two servos have a price difference of 10c/l, I go to the cheaper one, not because I can't afford to pay $5 more for the top up, but because there is no better value and because it sends a message.
