I think shop problems should stick to customer and business that's where the naming and shaming should not happen

Where as customer and WL or ml should be noted and reviewed after all this is a forum for girls.

I don't know that's my idea girl in shop does bad put up a bad review ...

Shop does bad complain to management if both parties don't reach an agreement don't return to the place again.
