Good shops should be able to pull 5 jobs per girl per day min. SL has a tendency of having a super busy time but then other time is dead. Also the quality lately really soso. Honestly if the currently pattern keep going, I am seeing a strong come back of newtown, and the others.....
Again you can't ask people to change their management style just like you can force girls to take 30/50 tips instead of 50/100 all I can say is girls come and go but it is the shop owner that makes the difference.
