Thanks again for more of your views. I did ask nicely if you have any suggestion for Vicky to improve her management style or business, but if all you can come up with is to ask Coco/Ada from Burwood, then I can probably do that myself.

I think both Vicky and myself (well, really as her friend only, as I don't have any official capacity with the shop) are very open to feedbacks and suggestions and I believe over the past 8 months, a lot of little improvements have been implemented, but unless you actually criticise her on something of substances, like her shops facilities, prices, quality of MLs and standard of service, she can't really do anything about it ?? It's like telling someone she is not good enough but without telling her what she is bad at ??

May be some other brothers who went to Snow Lotus recently can put some lights into this discussion !!
