Yeap, I have some love hate relationship with the Waterhouse stable over the years. But her records on those big Randwick miles were just so good - many many years ago I won some big bets when Pharaoh won two Doncaster back to back. If you just back her horses in the big mile races, you would have come up in front.
Only yesterday, I was bored at work and just put a little something in the last two races in Warwick Farm, both by Waterhouse and riden by N Rawiller, both winners @$1.60 and $4.30 and I won the trifecta in the last race too at $287.60, just a couple of hundreds in front for a lazy Wednesday afternoon, not bad right?? Paid for my massage on Tuesday with Linda.........haha
Yeap, love to see your tips in the Slipper, I will study the form and put out my trifecta tip, Samaready will be a stand out though - she is a bit like Miss Fanning the other year, I think she'll win.........lol

i like Raceway in the Slipper. Samaready i think is a risk - she has been up a long time and isn't bred to win a Slipper (the dam is out of Secret Savings who was a miler).

I did a very bad thing today, I just bet $5K on Lakers to go over 188. I now hate myself for betting during my bad beat period.
Good pedigree analysis Brother Chucky, Samaready is out of the same sire line as More Joyous, could be a great miler (all the guineas!!) next seasons, and with Roberto on the great dam sire line who is to say she can't win some classics such as an Oaks or even the Derby?
But if she is any where within 95% of her form when she won the Blue Diamond, she will just walk in..............it's a 3 million dollar question?
Haha, Raceway certainly appealing at 13-1, but with 5 horses in the field, a Gai Waterhouse Trifecta is very likely - for me, it's a simple $120 bet with Samaready boxed with the 5 Gai horses. Then Samaready to win, 5 Gai horses to run second and third and the field for the First 4............haha
