For 2 hour session, do you also pay double for extra? or its ok to pay normal extra tips?

To be fair, I pay double. I did when I had a 2 hour session. Everyone deserves what he/she has earned. If you have worked hard overtime 2 hours and get pay for only one hour, how do you feel?
