I have a question, which I know has previously been answered on this forum - but I can't find it, so apologies. Why can't admin track this bloke's IP address and simply block it? Even if he is using some fancy program that continuously generates new IP identities, by now surely you would have enough info on him to recognise the pattern. I'd have thought you could do this through your ISP. Am I demonstrating total ignorance of protocols here, or are these worthwhile suggestions?
