I see your point but no need to let it all out in the big Red!!

You can simply tell the staff to turn off the shop's mobile and land line if peace and quiet is needed! Just keep the personal mobile on will be sufficient - just make sure all the phones are turned back on before 10am to keep Vicky and all the customers happy!!
