Personally, I don't think David will increase or change his pricing structure, at $30/30 min and $50/1 hr HJ included, his shops offer the best value in massage services out of all of Sydney. I suppose he can easily put his prices up to $40/30 min and $60/1 hr and still have HJ included - which is still a HJ ahead of most of his competitors. Any more changes, he will be losing his leading edge and his business will dry up and get into all sorts of problems.

Well, he is no doubt a very good businessman and I'm sure he can figure out how to improve his business and get better girls. If I am as smart as him, I will be driving a Mer myself instead of an old Camry.............LOL

Charlie, you are correct it is usually a 50/50 split of the massage fee. And for this reason at 501 I have always been uncomfortable with the 'HJ included' especially for a half hour booking - the girl needs to get some money out of the transaction. So I usually ask for nude option at $30, still excellent value compared to other shops.

And yes at all the shops I know the girl keeps all the tips. Of course this can lead to problems of its own if the girl starts pushing too hard for extras or at an inflated price. This is where the management of the shop is important, whether they set out guidelines for the girls how they behave in the room.
