We all love athletes who are immensely talented but still humble and nice guys/girls eg Lionel Messi, Roger Federer, Pat Rafter, Cathy Freeman, Sally Pearson.
And we love to hate athletes who are immensely talented but total arrogant arseholes eg. Christiano Ronaldo, Mohammed Ali, John McEnroe, Serena Williams - we pay good money to see them lose ... but at the end of the day we respect them.
But then you get a clown like Nick Kygios who has some talent but way too fucking arrogant and you just have no respect for him.
He either needs to develop some humility or some talent ... and I don't think he is capable of either ... but I really do hope I am proven wrong ... we desperately need a new Aussie tennis hero.

Nick Kyrgios had just beaten the no 3 seed Thomas Berdych 6-4, 6-4 in Dubai !

With the top seed Nocak already retired hurt, he could go all the way again and this will do his ranking the world of good !

And he must face Stan Wawrinka in the final, that will be some match and his defining moment considering their past incident on court. Would Kyrgios keep his mouth shut and let his racket do the talking ?

For his own sake and the tennis future of this country I hope he wins and wins with sportsmanship too !

Congratulations to the Aussie Cricket Team levelling the T20 series 1-1 in South Africa last night.

SA was sent in to bat first and set a big target of 205 for the Aussie to chase.

No Khawaja this time and Warner was batting at 4 and Maxwell at 5, they came together when we were in big trouble early, 3/32 after 5.4 overs.

Then David and Maxie put in a world record partnership of 161 !!, Warner 77, Maxwell 75 (his personal best for T-20).

when Warner fell at 5/194 at the 19.1 over, Australia needed 11 runs from 5 balls !

There must be a no ball some where as Faulkner had only faced 4 balls for 7 in the score card (but on the commentary he was: 2,2,0,2,2,1!) and Marsh 1 ball for 2 for the winning run ??

Anyway, a last ball victory when both teams had scored 200+, why wasn't this game shown on free TV ??

She has been on Meldonium for 10 years now.
To be fair it was only banned on Jan 1st 2016 so she took it legally for all those years.
It does have legitimate uses for cardiac issues but is also a performance enhancer.
I must say I have never liked her and her constant screaming is so annoying I can never watch her playing even if she is playing a gainst a player I like.
So if she gets banned for a long time or for life I personally won't miss her.
I would have banned her years ago for her non-stop fucking screaming!
But the tennis authorities let her get away with it because she is so glamorous and marketable and that has encouraged every young woman player to scream too now.
She has ruined the women's game.

Lucas Browne only got paid 100k for his fight. Very dodgy referee in which in round 6 (when he got knock down) the round went 15 sec longer and in round 7 it went 44 sec shorter. In the end he won by TKO in round 10. This is massive achievement as he was fighting abroad in Cheznya.

McGroggy on the other hand, got massive payout of 1M for his lost to Diaz (500k).
UFC is so good in promoting fights and getting the gate numbers.
