I absolutely agree. I was planning on visiting one Saturday a few weeks back and as their website is rubbish and gives no info I rang them up.

I asked a few civilised questions, but all the stupid girl would say was ' You come in and see girls' and refused to give me any info, she obviously just wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible. I persisted and asked about the multi tiered pricing and all she would say was 'Extra service' and again refused to elaborate.

I hung up and have not been back since. I'm not going to spend money at places with such crap customer service.
