Stay away is my adviser. You May find a gem but these days the but rate there is very low.
If i was after fs is go marrickville 5 . Rockdake. Or gladesville. A step up from that would be ginza or 5*. If i wanted private agency dream girls.
Those are my preferences and not everyone may agree.
