I've been to a several places in sydney cbd area.... But if they want $50 for nude HJ, then they can forget it.
Not spending $50 for a 10 min job.

Recent one at Snow Lotus... And a couple at George St area. (I know the place but Don't know the address).

Most of the time, I get $30-35 nude HJ in local suburbs.

They have kept ramping up the excise duty on cigarettes as a health incentive, so normal inflation is not doing the heavy lifting there.

Ok, maybe cigs are not a good example. How about a large fries from Maccas?
$3.20 in 2019, to $4.85 last time I checked. That's more than 50% increase over 5 years.
And it's not only the fries. Every item on the menu have gone up by more than 30%.
Now a Maccas meal costs more than a restaurant meal you could've had back in the 2010s.

Then we get to punting inflation. $50 for NHJ in 2014, same price now. Shop rate has increased but nowhere near the same level as everything else. It's not so bad is it?

If you think about it, everyone in the current conditions are looking to earn more to counter the inflation. We're looking for a raise, or looking for better paying jobs, etc. MLs trying to charge more for their services are doing the same thing we're doing. We just happen to be the bosses paying for their wage rise.
