I made a booking today rang back and confirmed it because I did not think the girl understood. OK no worries see you at XX. Arrived was told no one available asked to wait 30 minutes. But I had a booking oh so sorry we are busy. I was not a happy chappy.

The shop only advertises massage, so as long as they do give that they are not being deceitful. Punters are the ones building the expectation, so we are only deceiving ourselves if we start thinking it's a sure thing.
RLP agreed, but at the same time calling some of the limp wristed completely random back rubs a massage is also deceitful I'm not expecting a full on deep tissue sports rub but Iv ahad a few that have felt like I was being flayed with a piece of cold cooked spaghetti. Which did nothing for my back or for my expectations
True, we have all been there. In those cases the ML usually is more accommodating in other respects. But if you are after a good massage, with or without extras, then you do have a right to complain if the ML doesn't deliver on the massage since you pay in advance specifically for that service.
