Mulan, Red and Vanilla were all great service providers. Not sure I would describe them as outstanding beauties, but all had great personnalities. That said, they are all gone and there are current providers who do a great service eqivalent to those three from T5. The difference back then was that all the girls at T5 were really good, so you could go there and be certain it was time well spent no matter who you picked. Now I have to go to several shops to find girls at that level. That's ok, times change and I have fun finding the new gems.

All girls were seated in the public area and were there to serve. No prima donnas or unsatisfied customers were allowed.

She was young, sexy and absolutely fearless. She loved to swallow.
If a drunk or drug affected customer came in. Or they were violent. She took them in to protect the others

A shadow operation was attempted at 100 Annerley Rd, with name changes and new “ownership”, but was also shut down when it became too obvious.

Red agreed to take it over and the operation moved to become Take 5 at its current location. Red was not Pam. She tried hard, but couldnt hire well. She could never trust new girls. Ruby and Tulip, the only ones still there, were leftovers from another shop that failed. Starting with Pepsi/Ocean, one by one the girls couldnt handle new managements style and left.

I think I have seen a lot of setups. Last one I was really happy with was “Happy Soothing Massage“ at Stones Corner. And that setup was at a very rundown house, and the room had mattress on the floor! But the MLs were all great, some of the best I had. Their massage were also top notch being properly trained Thai masseuses. Unfortunately that shop was closed a month before decriminalization took effect.

They need loyalty from the ladies, a willingness to do anything with the next guy that walks through the door and potentially humiliate themselves on an hourly basis.
Girls were loyal to Pam cause they earned good money. It was a busy shop. But they also feared crossing Pam.
The Bikies were very loyal to Pam.

Happy Soothing was good, but the girls had most if their money taken by the pimp. They had to screenshot every piece of money that crossed their hands. He also failed to replenish the quality of staff. Poor quality kills a business like that.

So many shops have new girls starting who dont have a clue and learn bad habits. Guys with motives get their hands on them.
Many shops have girls of any quality out of desperation to fill a roster.

I could name good shops, but that would be unfair. Each has a flaw though.
Shop 1 - Has lovely ladies, who are happy, pleasant and nice. But service options are limited for most of the staff
Shop 2 - Is well run and has a high floor for good options, but not the top options. They are professional, reasonably priced and few leave disappointed. But if you see a girl, odds are you wont get fs
Shop 3 - Is getting a lot of young and attractive girls who do reasonably quality service, but there are senior staff who control the manager. The manager here is willing, but has too many other outside interests to concentrate on this business. He tries to please everybody. He needs to learn to be an arsehole
Shop 4 - This manager does a good job of poaching the best girls from other shops.
He runs a tight ship, but the turnover makes it difficult. Perhaps overpriced in comparison to others.
Shop 5 - One of the most experienced operators around. Has a solid client base who expect quality. Poor performers are turfed reasonably quickly. But the girls can be rather impersonal and most lack the ability to be nice.
Shop 6 - Quality control at this chain seems to have slipped of late, but the shop usually has young and attractive. Problem is you dont know what service you can expect from when you walk in the door.
Shop 7 - The owner is hands off to a degree and lets high quality mls run the show. But they try and impose their pricing on other mls who could earn more elsewhere. Not all here provide quality service, but the stars do. Problem is if they leave the shop goes to shit.

Several other shops worth looking at closer too.

To replicate Pams success, an owner needs to get new girls and train the shit out of them to ensure they dont see customers until they are ready. this requires an investment of time with a high failure rate.
The girls need to be attractive, smart and willing to look in the mirror and go “fuck you”.
The money comes once the base is built.
Facilities need to be top notch.
Shitty customers need to be pissed off.
Security needs to be present to deal with bad customers and ensure mls safety.
The owner has to be feared and the mos need to know exactly where they stand and not constantly be guessing whats going on.
No matter what base you build, if you do not have girls that can please 90-95% of their customers, its pointless.

The bikies at 932 ensured a strong customer base, but one that attracted unwarranted attention. Its also difficult to control this kind of customer group.

I find it fascinating that she likes to train exclusively Korean girls. I can’t say I have seen that many Korean girls in the industry over the years, but the ones I have seen are game for anything. And there was a period of time that they are even on the news for flooding the market. It makes me wonder if it is due to the environment or are these massage parlour owners have direct contact with K-pop training academies or agencies, because supposedly they went through YEARS of intense training at exorbitant cost which often put them in debt, and if they can’t make it in the entertainment industry they pretty much have to be in this line of business to pay off debts.

932 Stanely St was good, but it was variable in terms of quality. Some were exceptonal, some were ok and a few were bad, much like the current crop of good shops. Some MLs at 932 SSE provided a broad menu, some a more limited set of options. I don't recall the rooms having showers, it was clean, but dark and had discrete, undercover parking and rear entrance. The girls were all sitting at the front, so you could see who was on. The best ones went on to the shop on Annerley and then T5. So, 932 was a good shop, but on par with the best ones today....not any better.

I've seen Amber a couple of times from T5. I've posted a review of her on PP today.

Being new on this site, I don't have the credibility I suppose as others. But I can't understand some of the criticism being levelled at the girls here or statements being made. Take 5 is a good shop with good providers. Not good at massage, and realistically closer to a brothel like 5 Star. Starting to feel like production line with some girls who are booked out ahead constantly. Some punters may feel that they are missing out left or are getting the leftovers/seconds.
The shop advertises themselves on here, and it should do so, but do so openly.
Despite claims of freshness, none of the girls are new to the business. Even the younger ones. New to the shop or new to Brisbane.
Services provided are ML and customer dependent, but all MLs offer at least one or more of the following cbj, bbbj, daty, fs. They can be 1-2 pineapple dearer compared other places as that is the price of "youth and freshness" and punters willingness.
There are many happy punters. I think older or experienced punters may find the place good but not the same as the past or at least compared to their memories and may therefore be a bit disappointed.
If T5 did not have the history, and it was a new shop in a different location, we would all think highly of it.

I think generally speaking Take 5 is a good shop, while the shower has some slight mouldy issue, it is not the worse I have seen, I think it is about slightly above average from all the shops and brothels I have been to. I think if Take 5 business owners check out brothels such as Viper Room, Cleo on Nile, Platinum 175, those are probably the best establishments in terms of cleanliness.

Another issue I have seen myself is the time management and the preparation of the room. I have seen condom and used tissues left on the floor when I entered the room, and it was left there until my session finished. I think you guys need to make a rule to give ML at least 5 to 10 mins to clean themselves up and also tidy up the room before allowing the next clients to come in. It will make much better impressions.

All in all, I think Take 5 is still a good shop, just need to make improvements on the above mentioned issues.

My own experience with the standard of cleaning at T5 is good. I've arrived for a 9am booking and found all three girls cleaning the shop ready for a busy day.

Later in the day sure the shop isn't as clean as we would all like but would I say dirty? No, I've never had any concerns.

I have though seen tissues on the floor once and mentioned to my masseuse who was extremely embarrassed. She's young and trying to not keep the next booking waiting neglecting the perception of how clean the room is. Ive seen her again twice and the room was spotless both times.

I seen never a condom on the floor. I'd be confident in saying that was a one off.

Then she offered to see another girl, without refunding the money already paid. At this point, I felt like a hostage and wasn’t even interested in the extras anymore and told her she could keep the money and we could just do a massage. I didn’t ask for anything else from her throughout the session. She did finish the service after all her tactics failed and tried to end it amicably.

You make a booking depending on how long you want to be in the massage room. The fee you pay to the shop is basically for the room plus a standard massage.
What then happens in the room, what additional services are provided, how much more money changes hands, whether or not you skip the massage, whether you do the massage before or after the 'upgrades', is strictly between you and your chosen ML.
Some MLs are more rigid in their approach, others are more flexible.

But you will always have to pay the massage fee for the amount of time you book. That is how the shop owner makes money....

Apologies, sorries, wordy responses in a forum are fairly cheap.
The two bits I feel are missing in that response are 'refund' or 'discount on next visit'.
If I were the person who experienced what Padangprince described, the vague promise of hoping (not even guaranteeing) "... to provide a better experience in the future..." would not make me want to visit the shop again.

I have experienced being double booked, late start to booking, cut short of time, indifferent attitude from a ML. I’ve been to Take 5 several times and always had good experiences, but this time was a total mess. I’m not naming the girl because I like the shop and I want the owner to notice what happened and address it.

The girl I visited this time insisted on deciding and paying for extras upfront, even before closing the massage room door. We discussed and I paid the money she asked for. As soon as we entered the room, she refused to do some things she had promised. I politely asked for another service as I didn’t want what I paid for without the agreed-upon elements. Then she offered to see another girl, without refunding the money already paid. It was obvious that she was trying to confuse, promising services to charge higher prices and then pulling them back after payment.$$ paid for the massage is just an entry fee anyways, hardly any girl does a good job there. I never said it was your problem, it was just an observation that you arrived when the booking time was to start. I did ring the doorbell, but the other MLs were likely busy. I was on the table and ready well before the 15 min mark, so I don’t see how it’s the punters fault if they’re lying there on the table and waiting in the ML. That is a blatant lie, the massage had proceeded for 15 minute (30 mins into the 1 hour booking) when I mentioned that I enjoy teasing. I don’t see it as unreasonable to mention massage preferences just as you would prefer a hard or soft massage. I also didn’t ask for the flip at this point, I was merely stating a preference for teasing and not to be flipped. Note how I objectively stated you gave a good massage. You were really smelly before that so I understood you must enjoyed the shower. Then were keep looking at the clock after the massage started and you counted every minute. Not many customers do that shit. At 9am, I noticed to the shop that IÂ’ll arrive at 10am, but someone booked you at 10am. I canÂ’t blame her that she couldÂ’ve book you in about 10.15am.

You said that we started 15mins late, so I told you it’s because of you had a long shower, I didn’t shower here, then you said again, I went out from the room for bring a hot towel (it was only 2mins don’t lie), so also 10mins count. So it’s more 25mins from then? Again, if you didn’t say like that shit, you must had a good time cause I never leave the customer earlier than what they paid for. I did a silence because it was an useless argument. It’s my answer. Happy?

When the ML doesn’t make up, you complain to put some make up on. When the ML make up nicely, you say it’s too much. Just find the right ML for yourself. All the different style MLs around. You’re Asian, but my customers are more Western based if it helps about my info.
