Recently tried Take 5 as part of my quest to expand my horizons with some of the more popular establishments.
Based on some reviews in this thread I tried to book Stella, however she was unavailable at a suitable time so I decided to book Miki.
First some objective facts.
As can be seen on Google, Take 5 is located in a stand-alone house in a commercial area. There is on-site parking to the rear of the house or on street, although I'm unsure how much street parking would be available during business hours on weekdays. The room was large and spacious with the chair for you personals in the opposite corner to the door. I find it easier to relax knowing someone can't reach thru the door when you're otherwise occupied and grab your stuff. There was also a large mirror that ran the length of the table. There is a shower available if required.
Now for some subjective opinions.
I was greeted at the door by Miki, and wow 👌. I found her very attractive. She has good English skills as well. As mentioned in another thread on TTC, I didn't really get the hot librarian vibe from Tanya as others had. Miki on the other hand definitely has a hot librarian vibes. She's taller the average but not tall if you get what I mean. The massage was firm and enjoyable, consisting of a lot of knees, elbows and forearms, followed by an oil massage. After today’s session, I had a long chat with the new boss. He’s been putting a lot of time into managing the shop and recruiting new girls. Tulip - Slim with some curves. Her chest seems bigger than before—might be fake, but I don’t care much about that. Tulip is slightly taller than Ruby. I’ve talked with my friends, and we think Tulip’s the type both Asians and white guys go for. As long as she’s working, she’s pretty much fully booked, same with Ruby. Her face is stunning, and she’s got that “it” factor. Menu prices range from $50 to $300.

I don't mind eating out every now and again, and after reading the recent positive reviews, I thought I would send a few messages to see what was on the menu.

It has been a long time since I dined here (the last visit was Californian cuisine) so was keen to re-visit if it looked promising.

Was given a few options of entree, mains and dessert, with appropriate pricing.

Was happy with what I saw, so made a booking for one.

Unfortunately front-of-house staff didn't pass on my order to back-of-house staff, and after tipping up-front and settling in to enjoy the meal, I found out some items were not on the menu.

Really kills the vibe when you are negotiating with different staff, so would love it if communication was better between staff.

Seen lots of your posts and know your a seasoned sampler of many delights.
It just seems that in an environment where lots different chefs prepare a variety of tasty treats, it's best to negotiate directly with them when it's time to dine. Often their colleagues don't know what their menus contain.
It's also clear that some patrons get different offerings and levels of expertise in preparation.
I've never discussed any off-menu preparations with anyone else but the chef directly, as they, in general, don't like it discussed with "front of house" or other chefs.
If the new front of house at T5 are making menu/pricing commitments and not communicating, then it's a quick way to turn away really talented but temperamental chefs.
This is particularly true in the case of fine Californian cuisine, including in it's current location, as that chef does not publicise menus, always the "special of the day" if your lucky enough to be served.

Look, I appreciate the professionalism you are attempting, much needed in brisbane, but go all the way or forget it.

You cant advertise as a brothel on e&b and have girls that dont do sex.
You cant advertise girls doing fs, like your locanto ad, without having prices.

Under quoting to get people in the door, then prices go up, great way to make money for a short time, but ruin a business reputation and crash and burn in the long run.... must be chinese or indians running it.

The definition is "information about reactions to a product, a person's performance of a task, etc. which is used as a basis for improvement." You gave unsolicited boomer and white knight advice, not a reaction to what you have received from the shop since he/she became the owner. It was advice based on your ASSUMPTIONS that the owner isn't or may not treat the girls with respect, that the owner hasn't had experience running a massage shop or recruiting MLs. That doesn't go under the definition of feedback (advice based on assumptions are not "feedback" from its proper definition). Feedback would be based on customer service, what you noticed on the premises after a visit, girl's services you received, atmosphere of your visit etc I think you get the picture.

Had to agree 100% with Fred's original post. It points out the fundamental flaws in the way the new T5 owner, in all his iterations here, is running the business.
Talking about the extras, openly committing girls to prices and taking discretion away. With some girls, YMMV is a real thing, and more power to them if you click with each other. It feels awesome when you know it's a session not everyone gets.
Management at T5 is going to quickly realise that a lot of girls working in massage shops don't want to work in a brothel, regardless of the services they offer.

Hopefully I've done my job to convince him he's going in the right direction in focusing on what the customer wants rather than what the minority white knights want.

Take 5 is constantly booked out these days - reaching full capacity they say. The owner seems to be taking the initiative, being the first in Brisbane transforming it to mirror what the shops in other states are doing when seeing how successful they are, and just at the right time too with the new law changes. The owner said he/she interviews the girls thoroughly and I think to fit this goal - so the owner knows what they are doing compared to the people here on this forum that have had no experience recruiting girls or running a shop, rather than just baseless assumptions. The message I am getting is if the owner can see the girl is going to be a bad punt where the customer will complain about it online, then it looks like they will not allow them to work on their premise. I think this is a good thing and my respect goes to the owner for making great business decisions.

Underlying message to the owner: Just realise that the white knights on this forum are the minority, the silent majority seem to be lurkers I feel maybe too afraid to speak up. Anyway, if you want the majority opinion just look at the foot traffic of customers walking in and out and the revenue that is coming in. If you start taking the advice of the minority on this forum, you'll probably start to realise the dip in revenue, and then become just like the other shit massage shops in Brisbane where they are "more discreet" and barely surviving.

T5 is certainly busier than in the recent past and the girls on balance are better. Is it full all the time, no, it's still quite easy to get a booking within an hour of asking for most of the girls, but not all; the exceptionally good ones book out later in the day, but the same is the case for any of the shops I frequent. Is T5 as good as its heyday, no, but it is early days yet and it is certainly much better than it was so it seems to be heading in the right direction.
