Hoping for some advice from my fellow punters on this experience today.
I had a pretty decent break in between meetings today so decided to book Japanese Emi at 41 Epping as I’ve seen her a couple of times in the past and had very positive experience with her. She is great to talk to with a great smile. So I booked 60mins over WeChat and it was quick and easy as always.
I arrived a little early and was asked to wait in the waiting area and when my time came I was shown to the room and told Emi won’t be very long. I waited for around 10mins and thought it was a bit unusual as I’ve not had to wait this before so went up to reception to ask what was going on as I couldn’t really stay past my booking time.
Receptionist was very polite and assured me that Emi is not far and on the way. I was re-funded for the time to reduce the booking as I had a fixed time I had to leave.
I then waited in the room for another 10mins before going up to reception again to let them know I wasn’t able to wait any longer and I was going to leave. I was pretty flustered and cranky at this point.
This was now a little over 20mins into my booking already.
Receptionist again polite and very, very apologetic said Emi was in the building and was coming. I decided against my better judgement and went back to the room. Emi finally entered the room in a rush several minutes later and quickly apologised and the proceed to setup the room. I got undressed and on the table for the massage but by then was just so bent out of shape for having to wait so long and with less than 15mins left when the massage was over I just couldn’t get into it and politely left.
I complained about the experience over WeChat and the shop was very apologetic about the whole experience. I’ve been to 41 Epping since it opened and it’s a very, very well run shop so this is a rare exception for me so I’ll definitely go back again.
What would other punters have done in this situation? This has not happened to me before and looking for advice for next time.
