Got 9 which is supposedly better than average, which is 7. A couple were complete guess work. They tried to use hairstyles to make the guys look Japanese. The last female definitely looks Chinese but ended up being Japanese.

But to be fair if anyone did this test and the options were Italian/Spanish/Portuguese or Danish/Swedish/Norwegian or Austrian/German/Belgian or English/Irish/Scottish I reckon 90% of people would fail too

I don't need to do the quiz and haven't done it to know that it easy to put ambiguous faces in to choose between. But it is unrepresentative. On whole population and regional facial characteristics, there are archetypal looks that apply and if the quiz was composed of representatives from these it would make the quiz a genuine one.
