Had a weird experience at Ginza last Saturday. Book young Japanese girl Eren at 4 pm on last Saturday. Booking was made on Friday and confirmed on wechat. It was Eren s last day. However, when I turn up the receptionist was a bit lost and didn't know where she is. After 10 mins,he said that Eren was sent home early. I ask why and the explanation was that she had received too many complain from customers. I thought it was a bit weird as it was her last day. I saw her the week before and she was fine. Nothing bad about her services. So I don't know if they are telling me porky or they are so strict with the girls. Hope other punters can provide some insight into this.

I agree with this . Good chance she was putting little effort / was cold as her time came to an end. I also agree unless it was a regular and you got on well I wouldn’t see someone on their last day.
