Not sure I'd it's a coincidence but I've been having really bad floating and pale stools since I went and dfkd a WL. I've done every standaes sti check, like herpes, clymidia, gonnorea, HIV, etc all came back negative.
colonoscopies endoscopies and blood etc they didn't find anything. Tested foe something called sibo and that was also negative
Am I missing something? Looking for someone with similar experience.

Doctors can't find anything so you came to ask a sex forum. This should be a fun discussion.

Have a few pints of Guinness OP, they’ll be like black depth charges coming out ya arse, probably crack the porcelain.
So you DFK’d a WL.. who probably rimmed and sucked 10 other guys off that day, potentially up to 70 that week; probably more bacteria swilling around than a Petri dish.

Sounds more like an internal organ thing than an STD. Pale & floating stools if they persist suggests fat malabsorption. Issues with your gallbladder, liver or pancreas.

As others have suggested, a punting forum isn't going to help here, you need a competent doctor.

Nah bro, in terms of the quality of the turd, it all comes down to the number of flushes required
1 flush - normal
2 flushes - diarrhoea
3 flushes - steatorrhea

Certainly a sad commentary on the state of Ozland medicine - 2+ years, first post, asking for medical advice on a sex forum.
OP: You were seeing licensed, degree'd MD's right, not the local witch doctor or the old lady down the block who has a cure for everything?
I'd consider has something changed in your diet? Obvious - new cafe, new menu item, but also the not so obvious, e.g. different cooking oil. You do use soap while washing dishes, along with clean rinse water? Your dishwasher making funny noises? Or perhaps your manual dishwasher has caught on to your prurient interests and it's payback time?
No need to violate privacy rules, but what nationality and what services (besides DFK) does she offer. LFK, DFK, CBJ is one thing, rimming so deep she tickled my tonsils from the long way is another. Still, all the providers I remember use some form of Listerine (certainly is nice to see the extra large bottle on the sink), and are quite conscious of their own personal hygiene (and yours - where is that antiseptic spritz bottle...) The provider is still alive, right?
Changes in medication? Any reason why your normal intestinal microbiome has changed?
Seriously, hope it clears up.

If he mentioned to the doctor the pale stools then the doctor would have done a liver function blood test on the guy. OP could just have a shit diet if he has all these symptoms but all test come back clear

You'd assume so, along with testing for hepatitis.
But assuming competence is doctors (GPs that is) these days can come back to bite you, and doctors are better trained to prescribe pills than diagnose conditions. So your comment about diet is a good one.

You're probably seeing Allopathic doctors that have no training in nutrition. Find a Naturopathic Doctor (ND) for gut issues, they'll probably recommend a Weston A. Price diet, probiotics and a candida killer supplement.

Technically, yes, without doubt, but I wonder the practical situation, the incidences?
Reminds one of that song ..." ....you get enough germs to catch pneumonia...."
