I too had my booking cancelled whilst on my way ......... reasons unknown. At least Ginza were open to you about it.

Anyone would not be too happy to be treated that way and considering she texted you to see her . You were indeed her valued client. Nevertheless (whether she is bi-polar or not ), can cut Sawa some slack as something may have set her off.

It may explain why she is now at N5M. Kudos to Ginza. They have their standards and will not compromise no matter how popular a WL is.
