Does anyone have any intel on this place? Turned up once, the open sign was on. Rang the doorbell bell a few times and no one answered.

Rang a few times over two weeks and no answer. Is this real or a scam? $120ph sounds too good to be true in 2025.

Google says some of the images are shared with 375 rockdale. Which was an awful shop when I visited.
