Disappointing experience

Visited last Thursday, having been to this shop a few times recently, but previously had always made a booking, and always had great experiences with a regular girl. On this occasion, I rolled the dice and was happy to accept whoever was available.
My regret is that I didn't find out the girl's name. There was no introduction, and after the session I was happy to leave without asking.
The issue was that I asked for a soft massage for part 1, but clearly the girl spent most of her time on the phone as there was only distracted rubbing of my back with one hand (even stopping completely at different times), and I could feel the phone vibrating on the table.
I certainly accept some blame as I could have, and should have, said something during the massage, but kept thinking it would change.
But, lesson learned. I will go back to booking a specific lady, and will again stress that, in my experience, this was a one-off.

It doesn't change until you say something. Me, I apply baseball rules. First offense, I tell her to put the phone away, strike 1. If she does it again, I say "last time, if it happens again, we're done", strike 2. Happens again, STRIKE 3. I'm rolling off the table, getting dressed, off to speak to the front desk.

we will check what happens and talk with girls about services and fixing
no need to keep that girls working if not good
