Soda - booking given away

I have been off punting for a bit and was craving a girl with big boobs. Found Soda working at 69 Savann today in five dock. Never been and a bit far but should be ok if I book. I booked this via wechat for 4 pm and received a confirmation.
As I arrived at five dock, I was scrambling to find the rear entrance of this place. I messaged at 4:06 apologising for my tardiness.
To my surprise, the receptionist told me that they already gave my booking away without even checking with me. It's only been six minutes!
They didn't even send a courtesy message.
Between greed and incompetence, I think greed won out today.
Stay away from this shop, bookings mean nothing to them.

My shop was very busy and you booking 2 pm and you Changed to 4 pm
And 4 pm you still late we willing 5 min pass time you not come
we can not keep girls waiting anymore
you not come on time we got Another customer waiting
We have to take another customer if you late you have to let us know before time
we will keep girls waiting for sure normally if booking late then 5 min will not keep girls we have

Have to agree with 200 Stanmore Massage, time IS money, a bird in the hand..., etc., etc. And, OP, did you say you'd pay FULL amount for a reduced time, or would you want the full time, bumping everyone behind you to later. Those "bumps" just compound (we've all been in traffic). And if you're an unknown, how does the shop assess your validity?

Finally, you say your notification was POST, not PRE.

Just like an airline, departure time announced, once that gate closes, they're not holding the flight (unless you really are a WHALE). The unoccupied seat given to a standby.

And kudos for a shop replying with an explanation. Seems bookings DO mean something to them; they can tell time.

Easy solution: You've been around long enough to know. Leave earlier, allowing time for unforeseen problems. Or accept the consequences. Or have a pre-paid reservation...

Dude you changed your booking time, arrived late and didn’t notify them?

Sorry bud this one’s on you.

Complaining they didn’t check with you isn’t really their job, how many customers do you think they have rolling through the door and you want them to hold a booking for you when you’ve moved your booking, don’t come on time and don’t notify that you’re late? You’d also be bumping all their later bookings back by coming late. Definitely on you and not the shop.

Been to 69 five dock many many times and never had any issues, Ada and reception staff are always lovely and accommodating.

No sympathy here brother. This one's definitely on you sorry.
The shop's busy with people calling, messaging and customers waiting onsite. They don't have the time to chase up each and every late comer.
And given the high number of no shows a lot of shops get it's no surprise that after 5 minutes they assumed you were one of them.
And if you really want to see Soda try booking her at one of the many other shops she works at. I saw her for the first time yesterday at 24A and she lived up to expectation.

Only ever started two threads, and unfortunately both were complaints. you seem like a long term punter, so perhaps you could share some good time reviews as well ?
