I'm excited to share some great news.

I've officially taken over Vivis Massage, including the brand and trademark. Vivis Massage will reopen on 1 October 2026, continuing under the name many of you already know.

A big thank you to Tanya for her support during the handover. She'll be helping with the transition, and I'm also happy to say that some former Vivis MLs will be returning.

We'll also be inviting popular MLs from well-known Brisbane massage shops to join us on a rotating basis.

Many people have asked why I'm opening Vivis when T5 is already doing well.

The answer is simple: many clients prefer a more private and discreet location. Like the old Gabba T5, Vivis Massage is a standalone Queenslander with rear parking and a private entrance, making visits more comfortable and discreet.

Our focus isn't on seeing the most clients—it's on providing a better experience, with more time, more privacy, and better service.

If refurbishment is part of the re-opening and it doesn’t have them already would suggest showers in each room would be ideal, would help with avoiding the dirty, unwashed masses like the other posters above mentioned.

Not knocking your preferences. I personally don't mind the waiting area but see some guys go to extremes to hide themselves (cap, sunglasses, face masks, always looking down). One gets the chance to see the girls come out of bookings and can help you decide if you want to see them in the future. I've caught up with a couple of guys I know from PP while waiting and have a quick catch up.

If you read back on the relevant T5 thread when it first opened, the vast majority of members posting, all complained that the shop needed to have a waiting area. I'm aware that when this current location was opened 1/12/25, the owner had made sure he had designed sufficient waiting areas (room and hallway) to cater to that preference. The waiting room allows some seperation from each other.

Obviously the owner can only cater for the majority. If the current set up is a cause of concern, maybe just stay in your car until a minute before your booking then go and ring the door bell. One would have minimal interaction with other degenerates. Lol.

If you get there quite early, go have a coffee at the Viet place (closes 1.30pm during the week now unfortunately) up the top of the driveway. Or try Muzzos Pie shop further around.


As to other establishments that do it better. Which ones are they and how do they do it better? I haven't been to dozens of shops obviously like some to comparebthem all. But the 15 or so I've been to, I have not seen anything better.

Also, the owner does do some crisis management. I.e. he actively steers me away from the girls he thinks I'm not going to like, and offered me to book through him instead of through reception.

Some girls that are not my type, or might not offer f/s he tells me ahead of time, so I don't end up writing as much negative reviews I guess.

But that's also considered excellent customer service, and I don't see anything wrong with it, I end up not having a bad punt, and he ends up not getting a lackluster or -ve review.

Finally, why would I try all the other joints when this place is close, convenient, and I get good punts and treatment.

I.e. today I was sitting outside waiting for Lena, both Hana and lily greeted me. The lady who let me in (don't actually know her) was also nice and polite, apparently recognising me.

Honey ignored me, haha, but after the shambles that was last visit, no wonder. But yeah, if you're a regular and have no reason to dip, then of course I wouldn't be posting much of other places.

The only other time I posted about other joints was when Leo told me basically no one I would like is available, so I ended up trying other places. Leo told me to take a break lol, but I was in the mood, in the end, a rushed, non researched punt ended up giving me a lack luster exprience, and I was very clear about it in my reviews.

To avoid that, I pre-book the entire week ahead of time, and I get to have fun with my fav MLs whilst trying someone new.

I normally try book my comfort food, as well as a new non tried ml, to explore the menu :p

He's not stupid. He knows that if every review is glowing, punters are less likely to question the charade.

The way girls like Honey, Cream, Yena, and Emika are reviewed makes them look expendable. If they knew how little they are valued compared with others, I doubt they'd be impressed.

I've seen both Honey and Cream at Take Five and other shops they work at, and they've always delivered a good experience and never smelt like Bento claims.
Emika has her restrictions, but she's still a good punt if you respect them. Not every good punt has to be full service to be good.
Yena was so so but not bad enough to shit on.

The same girls are constantly promoted, while others are are given a negative review.

Punters can draw their own conclusions and decide for themselves why they think this is the case.

1) 2/3rds of his posts are about one shop. And that percentage has decreased rapidly since he was called out. Prior to that it was 80%+. Sure he tried to trot put a weak story about it being close and so wonderful etc. Most, if not all punters, are not loyal to one shop.
2) When he strays from posting about take 5, its pissing on a neighbouring shop like Secret Jade, TTC or Poppys
3) His staff, past and present, know how important he values this forum for publicity. His solid regular customers know too. As long as his threads are on top and not negative, its good for business.
4) Other punters on this forum are not as vocal as the few of us, but they know what i know
5) Public shows of affection to other staff and customers to mls he “likes” match his posting history
6) There are several other ways I know, but they are in my back pocket for now

He has high rotation of staff. Underperformers are moved on to sol day spa, west one and Time at first. Shittier shops after that. The bad or neutral reviews of certain girls are a message. Either they need to shape up or ship out, or are his personal favourites he doesnt want others to see. Many on staff and customer base, know why he promotes some and not others.

Why does he go to other shops? When he gets a good lead on an up and comer, that he has others check on first, he will personally visit and try and recruit if they require a hard sell. He has been refused by several mls he desperately wanted. Customers of his get discounts for referrals to him.

You can doubt what i say, that is fine, but think about it hard. I have ample proof here, what proof do you have that he isn’t?

At this stage i would need to see bento posting next to him and staff vouching they are separate people. It wont happen.

In the grand scheme of things i admire the approach. Many owners do not know the power of these forums for publicity. And dont know how to utilise it. He does. It always needs to be backed up by the mls, the venue and the ownership and for the most part it is.
But at least admit it rather than this charade. Most of us can handle blatant publicity hounding, its the lying that gets to us.

I was questioned early on in membership here, with a newbie (less posts than me at the time) even asking if I was part owner of T5 (I wasn't even defending T5 with my post). Fortunately, had someone point out my history over on PP and vouched for my posts and intentions.

To answer your main point, I'm aware that Bento is not the owner. I go to this shop a lot, but I don't boast about it like Bento (and am aware of a few other guys who go a lot). He's been pointed out to me by girls, so he's not the owner.

I am also aware that his generous tipping is not conducive for a positive outcome for other clients. So this is another reason that he can't be the owner, as he is at the point of losing other clients while Bento is being overly generous. I suppose if he continues to be a negative impact, we can hope his wife finds out soon and takes all his money. Lol.

Regarding his posts, I'm taking his posts to be just enthusiasm, finally enjoying himself. If I don't take it this way, I'd say he's just an annoying bragget keen to point out how rich he is. As I said, I'm not taking it that way as normally such posters find out that posting like he is, is just not sustainable.

About his posts of other shops? Well I found his posts about Secret Jade very strange - just didn't add up. If I address that, I'd do that in the relevant thread.

I honestly don't get what's strange about secret jade. I rocked up, and they didn't answer, didn't even say anything more... Nothing negative or bad comments, as far as I'm concerned, I didn't say anything negative about the place.

I didn't post about TT either, except when I tried to call no one answered that day. And I ended up at Poppy's and saw lemi... But nothing negative about TT... Shops are busy, and they didn't get my call that day, so I visited the next closest shop, which was Poppy's.

I mean. I finish work early, and wanted a punt before the missus gets home from her work...

I wanted a quick punt close to home, and ended up at Poppy's, and because it was a rushed punt, I ended up not doing great, which was all in my review... Have no idea why people read into it this much.

That proves absolutely nothing. A customer mentioning a freebie in a review doesn't validate your claim or prove your version of events. You're presenting coincidence as evidence Bento is a legitimate punter and It's not.

As someone who mostly lurks and rarely posts, I just wanted to say thanks. I've found your reviews genuinely helpful, and I'm sure plenty of others have too.

Hopefully you both keep posting and don't let a handful of negative comments put you off. You'll probably get the odd pointless DM as well – just ignore them. Every forum has a few people with too much time on their hands. The people who actually matter will read your reviews and make up their own minds.

Several of your key posts were edited sometimes days after posting to remove ambiguity or change the story. I’d say at least 5 posts.
I’m also bemused by why the anger? Not many people get accused of being owners around here and the reaction doesnt seem to fit the accusation. You can accuse me of being another owner, Jim Chalmers or Vanilla Ice. Im comfortable enough in my own skin to deflect or ignore nonsense. The reaction tells me something is going on. Thank you for being objective enough. If you knew what i knew you would question the whole situation. I take your point on face vale that bento is not the owner, but my “proof” is not light weight either. If you arent checking this forum a lot, the edits to some posts like the Secret Jade one were not minor. The whole intent was changed with an edit. As was a response to a negative review which almost was written by ownership before being changed to an objective viewpoint.
