This is a tough one to share, fellow punting bros.

Have you ever suffered from any form of sexual dysfunction? Was it difficulty with:
- not turning up for the party (unable to get an erection)
- being a party pooper (unable to maintain an erection)
- ending the party early (Pre-Mature ejaculation)
- overstays your welcome at the party (unable to ejaculate)

My story is that I tend to overstay my welcome at the party. This is relatively new behaviour for me. I've been know to overstay a party occasionally. I find its my first indication of stress, ie work, relationships or health. Once I know there's an issue its easy to fix.
Don't overlook the importance of physical exercise. Once men hit their 30s testosterone production slows. Hitting the gym even once a week will help slow the process so you can fire like a champ for years to come ;)
