Having never been to 45 before I called ahead to ask about the facilities and whether I should book ahead. The receptionist encouraged me to book so I made a booking to see Momoko. Reception did not ask for my name but I gave it anyway, twice. Reception also did not ask how long to make the booking.

I arrived five minutes early. The receptionist apologised but Momoko was not available. Reception had "got the booking confused" and Momoko had just gone into a one hour session with someone else. I understood Reception to mean that someone else came in chose Momoko and Reception assumed that was me but I dont really believe that and it's poor form either way. Either she didnt note my details when I booked, or she didnt check them with the gentleman who came in ahead of me, or she ignored the booking and just took the first cash that came in.

It made for a bad first impression for me. Reception was friendly and apologetic but I may not return if this is the level of service to be expected. Disappointing.

There was one lady available, an Indian named Rita. She was friendly and I enjoyed her service. I would have liked to see the lady I booked though.

I guess you were just unlucky. What time did you come in by the way? I came in at around 3pm just to have a look and Momoko, Jessica, and Rita were available. None of the girls were my type so I just left, but Momoko and Jessica looked quite nice, with Momoko being on the sexy side and Jessica being more on the cute side.

Was surprised to see an elderly lady answering the door, and not Roger. She was quite nice but at the same time she did seem a little strange/shady (for the lack of a better word). That's just the vibe I got from her. Probably wouldn't trust her with a booking, no offense.

Only suggestion is to try again when Roger is there, you will no doubt get better service. Maybe he was on a break today or working at another shop.

Oooh. Rarity for me. I've had just one failed reception case between all of my visits to 45 and the bloke dealt with the situation well nevertheless and gave me as much compensation as he could.

yesterday i had a chat with her.. she is new to our shop and our bookings system..

she also apologized for the mistake she made ...

this is just a one off case, no any booking systems can be perfect please understand......

but i must admit we still have a lots of gaps to improve..

and of course i shall give my staff my training..

please accept our apologize and dont put in mind.

Honestly THE WORST service I have ever experienced and I didn't even see any girls. Arrived, got ushered into a private room by a guy in glasses no information on anything. 5 minutes later got taken to the larger waiting room. Waited there for over 5 minutes before he came in to tell me it would be a 20 minute wait before any girls can come for an intro. Specifically saying "wait 20 minutes I show you 3 girls all at once". Clock was ticking, 25 minutes later, one girl came and said hi. Way below average for me. Another 10 minutes later another one came in. After this intro I decided to leave.

At no time was any information passed on to me. Just kept me waiting and eventually lost my appetite, so I decided to leave. What made the experience even worse was, there were signed clearly posted throughout the waiting AREAS of "NO SMOKING", yet I clearly saw the guy smoking whilst he came in and out asking if I was happy with the girls after their intro. I wasn't at all. I don't know about you, but if there are signs posted and the staff can't even follow their own rules, how to do expect the patrons to follow. My whole drive home, my clothes reeked of second hand recycled cigarette smoke. Seriously, if you need to smoke, don't smoke in an air conditioned environment, it will travel through the whole system and reach everyone in the building. I don't think I will ever come back to this place again no matter how good the reviews are. First impression counts and this was enough for me. I rather stick to my quality parlors of caucasians, even though they maybe twice the price or more. Service is a million times better.

unlucky i guess i've never had issues with the reception here, though i use to go here when it first opened not sure if times made it a little complacent guess i should give it a try again sometime soon.

I have learnt the lesson to not just turn up and expect someone you'd like to be immediately available.

Always call in advance, check for availability of rostered girls and book someone to avoid disappointment.

If I haven't been to a shop previously then I like to front up and select a girl from the line up, I find booking too hit and miss as the receptionist will tell you anything and usually give you a girl that is having trouble getting a booking or getting picked.

If you are on a tight schedule then I guess you need to book.

I like to meet the other girls that I have not met before even if I have a booking. Some shops seem reluctant to let you do this, I am not sure why as to me it makes good business sense as you may come back to see one of the other girls on another occasion.

In my case when I have seen a girl that really appeals to me I have even seen her after completing my booking.

I never say no to a girl I have booked because I like the look of someone else in the line up, that I think is an unacceptable practice.
