I have not visited MOC for a while. Since today is the doomsday and I decided to relax before dying.
A bit disappointed when saw the gal, the quality(looking, body) of brand gal drops a lot. Quoted from MOC

I am not a picky person about lookings and I always showed my respect. But what I could not tolerate is the attitude. I feel quite uncomfortable from the beginning to the end. For whatever I said, her reply just made you uncomfortable, very unkind. From my point of view, attitude is the most important of service. I had to check the gal's descrption from MOC website again when arrived home,

So far I haven’t seen much in what you have offered that would demonstrate a real crook punt.
Let me give you an example of what a stinker looks like. A few years ago I went to Porky’s at the Cross and below is some of what I wrote at the time.
In recent times it has been reduced to trading on the gullible, stupid and American sailors on shore leave with wallets bigger than their brains. Oh, and I almost forget they survived on schlemiels like me (Steven Seagal).
Now, I don’t want to get all sentimental and dewy eyed, but I did have a punt in this establishment early last year and include this review below as a nostalgic tribute to the bad old days at Porky’s.
It was a mistake to see Jess.

Porky’s is located at 77 Darlinghurst Rd, Kings Cross. Ph: 93585562.
Many years ago Kris Kristofferson wrote a tune called Still the Same Old Song and when he was singing about pussy in it he wrote, “Ever since the first I had, the worst I had was good”. That wanker never met Jess!
This is one of the worst punts Uncle Steven ever had. I mean EVER had. It was crook.
Well, Steven bopped up to the door and introduced himself to the ‘interesting’ Jess. I say interesting in that she has an exotic look. Well, she left the room and I went into the shower and began to sing some of Neil Diamond’s hits. (The shower was clean and they had soap dispensers.) She returns and something like the following exchange occurred:
Jess: What were you doin’ in the shower?
Steven: Singing.
Jess: Singing? I ain’t heard screeching like that since I was at the zoo and the moose sat down on the porcupine.
Steven: Thanks. How about a kiss?
Jess: No, it will wreck my makeup. No kissing. I do not allow myself to get aroused in my job.
The message was clear. No kissing, no daty, no 69, no cuddling, no playing with the clit. Basically no nothing except cbj and mish. She did not remove all her clothing.

For the amount of money you pay in this joint the facilities are low grade. It's clear that they survive on the tourist trade and are overpriced and offer a low service as they figure you won't be back anyway. Don't bother to try and phone them as they never answer.
My parting comment was to ask her to wave to my mates who were at the Vegas across the street. She did, so I paid. $200 for a wave.
Jess Looks: 6/10. She has exotic looks and the biggest natural breasts I have seen on an Asian.
Service: -5/10. She deliberately ruined it for me.
CBJ: 1/10. She did put it in her mouth.
DATY: There was none.
SEX: 0/10. There was not the slightest semblance of being involved.
After I shared with them what had happened they roared laughing.
I will not have Jess again.
I will avoid having Jess again.
I deny myself the displeasure of having Jess again.

I was very disappointed coz I never expected this kind of service from MOC. I always recommend MOC to friends and strangers.

Obviously it is a disaster even though you've not mention clearly the whole story right here in your AR...Yes, Everything is true. I will not talk too much about exactly what've happened during the whole session but face to the current situation and all problems came out from the management of MOC during the past half a year.
First of all, $150 refund is available to claim anytime as your convenience or get deducted from your next visit; I do apologise for this complaint so much. Take it!!!
Yes, many MOC regular clients & Syd99 members who got my private contact have mentioned to me what's changed & happened to MOC since i've given my position to others...I fully understand that every people is doing things in a different way & attitude and there are many problems right here of supervision free by me. This is the reason i've just been back to manage MOC again.
Let me see back MOC mgt during the last 3.5 years: Duncan->Duncan & Emily->Duncan & Sara->Duncan & Jessie & Cattier->Duncan & Grace->Grace & Fancy->Grace & James->James & Shirley->James & Elsa (NOW).
Both James & Elsa are hard-working people at MOC. They are honest but lack of power & experience of managing this industry. I've never given them full training before they got upon the position after MOC Grace. This is my fault. But they keep learning how to eat bitter lessons as they go. Now it is the time Im not complaining everyone but myself.
Within next a period of time I will gradually fix-up all problems myself and restart running MOC my way. I do hope everyone could see a change in future. It needs a while but won't be long…

You are just fobbing off and attempting to hype yourself as Christmas marketing strategy. If you had never managed MOC in these days, how come you were the one who delivered girl for overnight booking to us? As for your manager, he was simply doing what you told him to! It doesn’t matter if the manager has the experience or not, what matters is that YOU had seen these girls yourself, and now you’re acting like you’re innocent. People have been on this forum complaining so much, you were blind to the negative things before, and now here you are, blaming on the manager.

I guess you have never been in an Asian country Primary or High School before. Students must have good disciplines and proper attitudes towards peer and seniors as well as teachers, otherwise they will be disciplined with penalties. TMC girls all have good attitudes and I believe Yamada has done a very good job in this. In the glorious days of MOC, all the girls I've seen had good attitudes towards customers because of the proper training by management. I can't see why it can't be done if there is determination to do so. Bad attitudes girls can always be delisted by good agency.
You don't need to use your imaginations if your brain is functioning.
Hey mate, "training WLs" in this country is quite different. Someone told me in Dongguan, China, they train WLs like the military and have gained a reputation of high service standard (ISO in punting), lol.

Hi mate, training and reward system in any part of the World is the same whether WL or office staff or factory staff etc is involved. It's just stick and carrots. If a WL is prepared to enter this industry and make good money as outcall escort usually charging much higher hourly rate than those in the shops, she must be at least good looking by a certain standard and be prepared to give good service and new to this industry. The agency has to screen the girl ensuring she is not a shop girl before and provide training in relation to services standard as well as customer focused attitudes to justify the much higher hourly rate than shops. Otherwise punters like me who shop around will not select agency girls. There must be some differentiation between the girls in shops and agencies and I can tell you, based on my real experience on both shops and agencies, that there is a real difference to justify the higher hourly rate. By providing good services, the WL will be fully booked most of the times and earn much more than the ones that are not good and most likely be phased out by the agency or herself due to lack of bookings.
I have seen a lot of agency girls with very good looking face providing excellent services in BlueMoon, TMC, the past MOC, X-Club etc. If an agency wants to remain competitive in the market, it has to do its part in both screening and training as well as pricing instead of taking any girl who applies to work as an escort/outcall girl.
This is just my little opinion and view on the subject.
My humble experience tells me that one major differentiation between shop girl and escort girl is escort looks more "fresh". In regards to skill, shop girl is better, but not always.

Yes, i did not manage MOC meaning that i did not watch how they deal with girls & customers. I am not complaining my staff but myself...i say it again.
I say they are lack of power & experience meaning they did not notice me that if one client has made a complaint on syd99 forum even though manger has seen it ... i've staying away from this form for pretty long and i need news.. but my fault is i never check their work...manger & receptionist, and gals....Yes, i 've told them what should do and what they must do , but sometimes they are doing their way but now my way....that's why i say everyone has their manner & doing things their way. i do accept but i only get this bad outcome because i havent' keep watching & caring about it... I wont see MOC's reputation dropped down true?
