To wrap up 2013, please share your bad CS/reception experience.

Mine was always GTM2 Salisbury.... every time I turned up there, no one manned the reception. Always heard girls giggling inside, but no one came up to greet. So what is it with the front door movement sensor beep?

Same experience at GTM berween July - Sept. I think it was pure ignorance on behalf of the girls who knew which client was arriving thru their CCTV monitors. Things improved lately

Felt it was safer to cancel my c/card after going to kahuna body care in the valley. Nothing extra was taken out but extra swipes were made / card imprint taken & recept put in receptionist pocket in front of me! This happened over six months ago, but same receptionist still works there (the hot one who swap s for the ugly's once you paid).

My pet peeve is not to do with the walk in receptionist but the phone receptionist. I ring to make booking with a regular only to be told she is not working today. (I know she is because she had txt me her schedule for the week.) The receptionist goes on to say she is available and what time you want to come. I politely decline the offer then txt my regular to make the booking for me. This sort of deception goes on too much

Another thing that happened to me a few times was double booking. Booked a girl, arrived on time only to find she was doing someone else. By saying the right things, on 3 occasions I managed to get $10-20 discount on shop fee to make up for my inconvenience

I guess I have been pretty lucky so far. I have had to wait a few times but that is to be expected when you do a walk-in.

I suppose the closest I came to a bad reception experience was seeing a punter go batshit at the girls after closing time so I hung around a bit to make sure things didn't get out of hand.

I gave up on the calling & booking years ago, walk ins the only way to go.

If she's doing another regular I can understand. But if she knew before hand and didn't say that she's not free, then I'll get pissed too. I know some of them are not clock watchers for their regulars, but I wish too, that they can let us know when they're not free.

The ones that tell you "I'm the only one available at the moment" after you ask who else is working pisses me off

Then you get up to leave and three more all of a sudden become available!
