On Sunday I sent a message to TP64 requesting a booking to see a lady on Monday.
A few minutes later I received a message from Sophie informing me that the lady was not working on Monday.

I appreciated this information and stayed at home on Monday.

It would have been easy for Sophie to take my booking and then when I arrived on Monday morning she could have said that the lady had just rung in sick.

Most of us in this situation, i.e. In the shop, money in our pocket, feeling horny, other beautiful ladies available, would have chosen to stay and see another lady.

As a result of Sophie's honesty, the days takings would have been down by $300.00. $200.00 to the lady and $100.00 to the shop.

This is probably peanuts overall and Sophie will make up any loss from my future visits.

Maybe more shop owners should be thinking more about Customer Service and longer term repeat business rather than a quick "gain" that upsets customers.
