Leena - has 5 star gone downhill?

It's been a couple of years since I've been to five star but till today I've never had a bad experience.
I wonder if the service there is this bad commonly now?
So today I decided that I wanted to go punting again. What better place then five star? I really wanted to be pampered and thought of the one place that should be guaranteed. Boy was I wrong.

Agreed, when the shop has responded so swiftly and compensation offered , the issue is resolved ! Case closed and let's move on !

I haven't been back to 5 Star for ages but for all the past experiences they were all so pretty good. So it would surprise me if a punt at 5 Star would go really bad. But of course these things can happen, the ladies are not machines, a lot of things could have affected their services.

As said they lived up to their word and allowed me to return and retry my experience. Was a great time and will post a new review in a separate thread to show how good they still are.
